Offering Agored Cymru provision

This form allows us to gather the information we need to establish if working with Agored Cymru is right for your organisation. The form is completed and submitted online. You will need information on the following areas in order to complete the form:

• centre contact
• centre information e.g. type of organisation, legal status etc
• type of provision you are applying for e.g. target group, anticipated number of learners, subject areas, funding
• resources
• any existing quality assurance arrangements
• partnership arrangements

A simple registration process allows you to access the form. Following submission of the initial enquiry form, a member of the Business Development team will contact you to discuss the application.
