Applying for Centre Recognition

Once Agored Cymru has confirmed that your organisation has the potential to become a recognised centre, you should complete the online centre recognition form.

An Agored Cymru Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) will contact you to clarify the next steps and support you through the process.  You must complete a self evaluation providing evidence of how your organisation meets Agored Cymru’s standards and that is has the necessary quality procedures and policies in place. A support pack is available here to help you complete the application. Please read this pack before starting to complete the application.

Agored Cymru will review the application and may ask you to provide additional evidence.  If your organisation does not meet the Agored Cymru standard for centre recognition, you will be provided with actions to implement before resubmitting. Failure to address these actions will result in the application for centre recognition being declined. An organisation that has had its application declined may still pursue a partnership arrangement with an existing centre to deliver Agored Cymru provision.
