Choosing a course title

Once you have selected appropriate units you may want to select a course title.  The course title will appear on the credit transcript for each learner.  When choosing a course title, please consider the following:

• Your chosen course title must accurately reflect the content of the course

• You must not use the words ‘Award, Certificate or Diploma’ in any locally designed courses

• You must avoid using ‘Access to’ except where the course is a QAA recognised Access to HE course
