Staff induction and training procedures

Scope

Centres are required to ensuring that staff have the necessary opportunities and training to maintain skills to maintain and improve quality standards across all elements of Agored Cymru provision.

The groups which need to be included

All centre staff including those responsible for assessing, quality assurance and staff development.

The principles

Centres should include information on how staff will be inducted into their role regarding Agored Cymru provision, this could include staff responsible for administration, assessment and quality assurance.  The process to encourage and support staff attending regular updating training and standardization events should be included in the policy.
