This three hour course is designed to provide [centre staff] [tutors] with the knowledge and skills required to create bespoke accredited units.

At the end of this course, attendants will have a good understanding of :

• the different types of units;
• the regulatory requirements for CQFW and QCF; and
• the basic principles of unit writing including
  • titles,
  •  learning outcomes, and
  • assessment criteria.

This course is suitable for any centre staff who are new to Assessment.

Newly recognised centres are entitled to 4 free training places, to be used in the first 12 months after becoming a recognised centre.

Additional places can be booked subject to availability at a cost of £50 per person.
