This three hour course is designed for centre staff who are new to Internal Verification.

At the end of this course, attendants will:

  • understand the basic principles of Internal Verification;
  • understand the role of the internal verifier;
  • learn how to record outcomes of internal verification; and
  • have the skills to effectively internally verify Agored Cymru units and qualifications.

Please note: to be eligible to attend this course you must have either:

  1. experience of assessment; or,
  2. attended the (Agored Cymru) Introduction to Assessment course.

This course is suitable for any centre staff who are new to Internal Verification

Newly recognised centres are entitled to 4 free training places, to be used in the first 12 months after becoming a recognised centre.

Additional places can be booked subject to availability at a cost of £50 per person.
