Evaluate the need for change with respect to employee engagement with requirements to generate ideas to boost profits.
Develop a detailed plan to restructure communication in the organisation in order to achieve the changes discussed in 1.2.
Explain how “front line staff” can make significant contributions to the improvement of systems and processes.|
