1.3 Take leave and insist politely, if necessary, when ready to take leave, e.g., "I'm sorry, I really must go"; "I have to...".
2. Be able to ask for and respond to requests for personal information.
2.1 Respond to requests for personal information appropriate to the situation, e.g., enrolling on a course, registering with a doctor, joining a gym.
2.2 Ask for personal information using wh- and yes/no type questions.
