1. Understand the relative values of UK currency.
1.1 Place all UK coins and notes in ascending order.
1.2 Give five examples of common equivalences between coins (for example, two 5p coins equivalent to one 10p coin).
1.3 Identify the coin or note nearest to and greater in value than a selection of (for example, five) different prices.
2. Understand why money should be kept safe.
2.1 State a risk in keeping all money as cash.
2.2 State two reasons for keeping money in a safe place.
3. Know the main service provided by financial organisations.
3.1 Give five examples of financial services (for example, lending, money advice).
3.2 State the main (or a key) service provided by four different types of financial organisation.
