Unit Review

When will units ‘expire’?

We are aware of the considerable work caused by the withdrawal of units as a result of review and we will therefore ensure that a reasonable amount of notice is given to providers.

Units will be available for learner registration until the dates specified in the column ‘last date for learner registration (end of month)’

By clicking on the subject cohort title you can view the final results for all units.

All units that are agreed as ‘approve’ in the review will automatically be allocated review date of 5 years. This will be inserted against each unit on your framework with a green background.

All units that have an ‘expire’ classification will keep the ‘last date for registration’ date. This will be inserted against each unit on your framework with a red background.

All units in a cohort moved to results, that have been requested as a redevelopment through the new unit development process will be shown as ‘expire’ and will keep the ‘last date for registration’ date. This will be inserted against each unit on your framework with a red background.

Agored Cymru will work with the recognised centres that have requested rewriting of the units to get them resubmitted through the new unit development process.
