Assessor & Internal Verifier Awards
Agored Cymru is no longer offering the Approved Internal Verifier training (AIVs).
There are three routes to becoming an Agored Cymru Approved Internal Verifier (AIV).
If you would like to become an Agored Cymru AIV, please click here to see which route applies to you.
To become an AIV, you may be required to achieve the unit:
'Plan, Allocate and Monitor Work in Own Area of Responsibility’ GB84CY006 (5 credits) from the Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice [iii] 600/2616/9.
Recent and relevant prior learning can be recognised via the recognition of prior learning (RPL) process, in accordance with the centre’s policy.
Agored Cymru, like many other awarding organisations, accredits this unit, which forms part of the new suite of QCF Assessing and Assuring the Quality of Assessment qualifications.
